Our company is built on 100 years of HVAC management experience. Starting with our cofounder John R. Leeland. He started with a local supplier in the late 1950s delivering sheet metal to local contractors. In the 60s into the 70s, Mr. Leeland worked with a single company, hired as a laborer and left as a Senior Project Manager.
As the son of John Leeland, Richard Leeland's blood is part Freon. At the age of eight, Richard worked in the shop assisting in the manufacturing of sheet metal fittings and ductwork. By the summer of the age of 15, he managed his first three-story office building. At 23, Richard was named Vice President of his father's company concentrating on the development of the residential business. In the 90s into 2000, Richard worked with two national multi-family companies as a regional and divisional vice president. At present, Richard Leeland is the Principal and CEO of MAAMECH
